Ikuko Sound Prayer

私のクリスタルボウルは、アルケミーボウルと呼ばれ、水晶だけではなくそれぞれ違った石や金属などが混ぜられています。

白いボウル - プラチナ　 C
赤いボウル - ルビー　　 D＃
金のボウル - ゴールド 　F
青いボウル - ゴールド　 G

同じゴールドですが金色のはメッキ、青色のは混ぜられています。音の質もエネルギーも随分違う様に感じます。

今日はゴールドのボウル（金色の）をまず選んで、他の３つをピックアップしました。
「F」（ファの音）はハート・チャクラに対応していると言われています。



My Crystal Bowls are called "Alchemy Bowls", each bowls are not only crystals, but also different kinds of gem stones and metals are combined.

White bowl - platinum, C
Red bowl - ruby, D#
Gold bowl - gold, F
Blue bowl - gold, G

F & G, these are both gold alchemy bowls, the golden one is plated, and the blue one is combined. I feel difference in their qualities of sound and energies.

Today I first chose the golden bowl, and then picked up the other 3.
It is said that the note "F" corresponds to the heart chakra.  

富士山から戻りました。
標高１２００mの辺りに友人の家族の別荘があり、毎年お邪魔するのです。
今年は天気予報は曇り。雨も降ったのですが、富士山がちゃんと姿を見せてくれました。
写真は近くの広場からの眺め。

この季節はウグイスの歌が楽しめます。

昨日の朝少し早起きをして、私も鳥たちに声を合わせてみました。



I'm back from Mt. Fuji.
There is my friend's family's cottage. The altitude is about 1200m.
I visit there almost every year.

This year the weather forecast said mostly cloudy, we even had one rainy night, but this moment Mt. Fuji showed herself to us.
The photo was taken at the open space near the cottage.

This season we can enjoy the songs of the birds called "Uguisu." (Japanese bush warbler)

I woke up a little early yesterday morning and sang along with the birds.  

ずっと　心で鳴っている歌がある

セドナで見た　赤い岩山の風景

でもこの歌は　それを歌ったんじゃない

遠い魂の記憶

私は赤い岩山の大地で

夕陽を眺め

月を眺め

星を見上げ

歌い

踊っていた


赤い大地に旅をして

幾つも蘇った　転生の記憶

私は　空高く飛翔する　白い鷲に

意識を投影して　飛んだのだ


今一度...



There is a song lingering on in my heart.

A view of the red rock mountain I saw in Sedona

But this song is not about that view.

Further memories of my soul.

I had stepped on the red ground,

Watching sunsets, the moon, and the stars..

Singing...

Dancing...


In my journey to that place,

Several other life time's memories became alive to me.

I knew I could project my consciousness upon that white eagle flying high up the sky.

That was the way I could fly.


Then, once again...

あの赤い岩山に

夕陽を見ていた

空を見ていた


精霊達と踊る

聖なるスピリット　貴方の様に　

精霊達と歌う

聖なるもの　 私の様に

あの山で

あの赤い岩山で...  

少しずつ

流れさせよう

今

心にあるもの



Little by little

I let it flow

What is there now

In my heart  

あの日以来ずっと自分に問いかけていた

私に何ができるだろう？

そしてこれが　とても素直に出てきた答え


歌うこと　

クリスタルボウルを響かせること　

祈ること　


それがもし

あなたの心を少しでもやすらかにできるなら

それは私の歓びになります

To sing

To play crystal bowls

To pray


If it could give your heart a peaceful moment even a bit
